PLP SYSTEMS AT PPMA TOTAL SHOW 2025 – STAND H66

PLP Systems will be exhibiting at the PPMA Total Show 2025, the UK’s leading event for processing and packaging machinery, robotics and industrial automation. The exhibition will take place from 23 to 25 September 2025 at the NEC, Birmingham, and we look forward to welcoming you at Stand H66.

• Micro-Dosing Systems (MDP): ultra-precise powder dosing systems, from just a few grams to 1000
  kg per batch, with high accuracy, modularity and compact footprint.
• Continuous bulk weighing of solid particles, with screw feeders and weighing belts
• Liquid dosing units: continuous or batch systems equipped with pumps, flow meters, valves, filters and homogenisers – ideal for handling oils, fats, emulsions and other complex liquids.
• Coating equipment: including paddle coaters, drum coaters, and our unique Mass-Spin Coater, designed for the even application of liquids and powders onto granular products.
• Sprayers and emulsifiers: advanced spray solutions for fine powder and liquid coating (e.g. flavourings, additives) and EML mixers for the homogenisation of immiscible liquids.

PLP solutions are tailored to improve efficiency, accuracy and process control, fully compatible with industrial automation and clean-in-place standards.
