No bottle No Flow – NEW Dopak feature
Dopak sampling systems; the world wide experts in closed loop hazardous chemical sampling systems have developed a new safety feature which is now available for selection on all new sampling systems and can be retrofitted to existing Dopak sampling systems – Dopak no bottle no flow.
Safety is a necessity not a commodity
No Bottle No Flow
The new “No bottle no flow” feature offers the user an increased safety feature when sampling hazardous liquid chemicals preventing sampler operation unless a sample bottle is in place.
This new needle assembly design can be specified right now and is available on short delivery from Dopak. The new Dopak NBNF needle assembly can be specified as part of your new sampler design OR can be ordered as a spare part and retrofitted to existing Dopak sampling systems already out in the field.
How does it work?
OFF POSITION – Without the sample bottle in place the VTO-NBNF is closed.
SAMPLE POSITION – When the sample bottle is pushed into place, the VTO-NBNF is automatically opened. In this position the required sampling operation can be performed to allow product to flow into the bottle.
OFF POSITION – When the sample operation is finished, the bottle can be removed. The VTO-NBNF will close automatically.
