Dopak sampling in the UK

We have been working behind the scenes recently to help increase the support our Dopak sampling customers in the UK receive.  With this in mind we can now share this announcemet from Crane Instrumentation & Sampling.

Crane Instrumentation & Sampling is pleased to announce the appointment of Process Control Equipment Ltd (PCE) as the authorized distribution partner for the DOPAK® product range in the United Kingdom.

Effective July 6th, 2026, PCE will be responsible for providing sales support, technical assistance, customer service, and commercial support for DOPAK® products throughout the UK market. This partnership reflects our commitment to providing customers with enhanced local support, technical expertise, and responsive service.

PCE is a well-established supplier of instrumentation and process control solutions, with extensive experience supporting customers across a broad range of industries. We are confident that their technical capabilities, customer focus, and strong market presence will further strengthen the support available to DOPAK® customers in the United Kingdom.

To ensure continuity and maintain the high level of technical expertise our customers expect, Derwent James, our long-standing DOPAK® representative in the UK, will continue to provide technical support and application expertise while working closely alongside PCE. This collaborative approach combines PCE’s local commercial and customer service capabilities with Derwent James’ extensive DOPAK product knowledge, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support for our customers.

Going forward, we kindly ask that all enquiries relating to DOPAK® products—including sales requests, quotations, technical support, and service requirements—be directed to PCE using the contact information below.
