Lockout tagout isolation
Lockout/tagout is the specific procedure to safeguard employees from the unexpected energization or startup of machinery and equipment, or the release of hazardous energy during service or maintenance activities. Our LOTO equipment is used for the safe isolation of mechanical machinery to ensure the machinery is properly shutoff and cannot be restarted until all people involved are safe from potential harm, particularly useful for machinery maintenance personnel.
Mechanical valve interlocks
Mechanical key interlocking is the safe transfer of keys. Each key lock is executed with two keys, one for the locked open position and one for the locked closed position. When the valve is open the ‘open’ key can be released and transferred to another lock with the same key code. All our keys are unique and depending on the sequence we canl determine the codes to guarantee the sequence you require.
